At 8:30 a.m. Nov. 2, 2007, Huaao group held a conference in Dongsheng Temple Mining LLC to convey and carry out the contents of Jianxin Group’s First Propaganda and Education Work Conference. 18 sub-principals who are in charge of propaganda and education works in affiliated companies and relevant clerks attended the conference.

The conference was presided over by Ma Yongjun, vice general manager of Huaao Group. Firstly, Baolei, Vice Secretary of Dongsheng Temple Mining LLC Party Committee and manager of the Administrative Department, conveyed the spirit of the speech of Liu Jianmin, Board Chairman of Jianxin Group, Hangli, Vice Manager of the Administrative Department of Dongsheng Temple Mining LLC, conveyed the spirit of the speech of Shi Jianhua, Secretary-general of the Board of Directors of Jianxin Group, and Zhang Qiang, network administrator of Dongsheng Temple Mining LLC, conveyed the spirit of the speech of Cuilin, Vice General Manager of Jianxin Group. The “Three Speeches” in Jianxin Group’s First Propaganda and Education Work Conference put forward new standards and requirements for the future propaganda and education works. It emphasized that all propaganda and education workers should unify the thoughts, actions and words, work actively and cooperate harmoniously, consolidate the sense of responsibility, mission, honor and pride. All workers should fully understand that propaganda is the productivity. Ma Yongjun, vice general manager of Huaao Group, summed up the conference and required to regard the “three speech” as a guideline document for the future propaganda and education works and that all affiliated companies should fully learn, convey, carry out and fulfill the spirits of the “Three Speeches”.

The sub-principals and relevant clerks from all companies held a heated discussion at the conference on how to better the propaganda and education works in the future and arrived at two suggestions: Firstly, relevant talents and equipments should be fully equipped. Talents are the software of the propaganda works and equipments are the hardware of the propaganda works. To better the propaganda works in an enterprise, the software and the hardware should be grasped at the same time. Secondly, train the personnel. Strengthen the learning and training of the network and comprehensive knowledge to provide talents guarantee for the propaganda work. Serve for the comprehensive development of the enterprise and the workers and devote efforts to the promotion of the spiritual civilization construction in the enterprise and the construction of the Jianxin century-old shop.

After the conference, all participants took a group photo in front of the office building of Dongsheng Temple Mining LLC. Then they visited the mobile office system, Tsinghua Distant Education system, plant area and the office building.
