The Second Fengyang Drums Cultural Tourism Festival & China Fengyang Investment Environment Introduction Conference was held on October 22 in Fengyang County Anhui Province. The board chairman Liu Jianmin presented on the conference and watched the opening party hosted by CCTV. Mr. Liu was interviewed by the announcer on the opening party. He expressed appreciations on behalf of the group company for the support and help of Fengyang government and local people. He said that as a famous historic and cultural city, Fengyang is a treasure land for investments. Mr. Liu also hoped that Jianxin could create a more splendid future cooperated with Fengyang local government and friends from all walks of life.

On the morning of October 20, board chairman Liu heard the reports from the general manager of Jinpeng Mining Co., Ltd., visited the Dawangfu concentration plant and learned about the progress of Zhongjia Mount 150,000 Tons Lead-Zinc Mine Project. Board chairman Liu required that the Zhongjia Mount concentration plant must be finished and put into production in the May of next year. He also pointed out that the basic prospecting situations in the Jiangshan Lead-zinc area was connected with the increase of the output capacity of the Dawangfu concentration plant, so there was an urgent need to carry out a complete geological survey in Jiangshang District in order to accurately provide the underground reserves for the expansion of the Dawangfu concentration plant. Chairman Liu also visited the employees, asked their life situations and made some concrete requirements to improve their lives.

At about 4 o’clock on the afternoon of October 20, Ma Zhanwen, the Secretary of CPC Fengyang County Committee, had a cordial talk with the chairman Liu Jianmin. Ma Zhanwen expressed the thankfulness on behalf of the people of the whole county for the 600,000 Yuan to the Fengyang Drum festival from Jianxin Group, and the welcome for the investment and construction that Jianxin Group made in Fengyang. He praised Chairman Liu Jianmin’s foresight and hoped that the chairman could visit Fengyang more often. Mr. Liu thanked the Fengyang county government for its support to Jianxin Group and said that Jianxin Group would make more investments in the future. Lu Chuanxin, member of the standing committee and minister of propaganda, Chen Ligong, vice chairman of CPPCC, Li Jie, deputy director of the party committee office, Li Mingliang, director of Town Industry Administration Office were also present on the meeting.

On the evening of October 23, the Investment Environment Introduction Conference was presided over by the Jiao Yichao, member of the standing committee and executive vice county mayor. Niao Xuegang, the vice secretary of CPC Chuzhou City Committee and City Mayor, Ma Zhanwen, the secretary of CPC Fengyang County Committee, and county mayor Fan Dijun respectively made subject reports on the investment environment of Fengyang. The chairman Liu Jianmin on behalf of Jinxin Group signed agreements with the Fengyang county government for the prospecting, exploitation and process of the lead, zinc, gold and silver resources in this district.
